I really like the Japanese fabric.
The pocket details, replacing the facings(?) with Japanese fabric, the matching metal buttons, the red thread: 
I don’t have the bandwidth for it right now, but I’d love to discuss the changes you made (to the neck opening specifically) and see if we could add them to the design.
