So I wore the first pair and my goodness that was the most comfortable pair of undies ive e er worn lol. After a full day of wearing though, I noticed a few changes that needed made, and here is the result. Very happy with how they turned out.
-the gusset was too wide where the front met the back. Narrowed to 2”
-a little tight up front. Increased the bulge
-the rise was a little too low in the back. Increased that
-the exposure of the back was at an awkward in-between cheeky and bikini. I made them much more cheeky
-the fit of the panties was good as far as stretch, but the elastic was too loose. I simply put extra tension on the waistband while sewing to create just a tiny amount of gather
The cut of the legs was too low. Made the cut higher
Super happy to maybe have a solid pattern figured out. After I wear them all day today and make sure they are good, I’ll make a cardstock pattern. Then adjust to make some bikini cuts and thongs.
