Very clever! So how does that work–does the doll come with measurements, or do you literally measure by hand and multiply by 12?

You don’t need to multiply anything. Freesewing patterns scale to various body sizes, you can just measure the doll and input the doll sizes directly. There is a scale setting to scale down the part numbers and stuff, which is helpful, but not strictly needed.
