Modifying arm angle on Devon (and other patterns)?

Hi! I’ve been using free sewing patterns for a few years but this is my first time posting. Forgive me if I’m not using the right terms. I made a Devon jacket and I really like it except for the angle, or natural position of the arms. As the pattern is made, the arms are set in a resting position with your arms down at the sides. This is great if you have your hands in your pockets. But it really limits the range of motion of your arms and if I lift my arms the shoulders rise up in an awkward way. I explored the options and couldn’t find a setting for changing the arm angle. My question is: is there a setting that I am missing that changes this? Or failing that, does anyone have any advice on how to modify the pattern myself?

You can try lowering the sleevecap:

the higher the sleeve cap the more sleeve is shaped with the body and there are fewer creases. The downside is restricted movement (outside of small range)

The lower the sleeve cap more is the movement unrestricted. But the whole look will be less clean, especial with hands down.

There is a lot of material on web with very good visualisations.

If the movement is still restricted, give more biceps ease, play with depth and position of armhole etc.

Thank you so much! I’ll give that a try.
