Hello! I just signed up to the website and entered all of my measurements in under my profile. After clicking on the measurements analysis tab I received this message:
“The difference between the chest circumference and bust front, as well as the difference between high bust and high bust front measure both the back half of the ribcage and thus should be (at least approximately) equal.”
I double checked my measurements and they came out the same so I don’t understand what this message means. Does anyone know?
Also, I’d like to use the measurements to print off a body block but I don’t see how to do that.

Hi, to explain the message: We have a chest and a bust front measurement. The bust front measurement measures the front part of your chest. You can think of the difference between both measurements as a “chest back” measurement, which would measure the back half of your torso. You don’t need to enter this measurement, it’s automatically calculated by the designs that need it.
The same applies to the high bust and high bust front measurements. By calculating the difference between them, you can calculate a “high bust back” measurement.
The warning is telling you the the “chest back” and “high bust back” measurements are surprisingly different. They should be close, since ones back is usually pretty flat and the height of both measurements should be similar. Maybe you’re used a different side seam line for them.
You could do a sanity check and measure the back half of your torso yourself and see if that matches the difference between the mentioned other measurements.
But the warning is not super critical, you can probably ignore it if you’re sure of your measurements.
To print a block, create a new design from one of the blocks like Brian, Bella or Titan using your measurements and export that to PDF (for printing).

Thank you so much for your reply. I redid the measurements and I’m still an inch off but I was previously 3 inches off. I appreciate your help.
