I just wanted to try the fit of my Sandy half circle skirt with in form waistband, but it became a very demanding project where I learned a lot.
Here is a photo that shows the inside workings of the skirt. I have yet to sew a closure to this half, but a pin works fine.
The unfinished photo shows the moment I decided that using the cut out circle of the skirt to make pockets was only partially clever.
It is a very light and pretty dress, that I finished just when the cold and rainy days started again. I will take prettier photos when the weather allows.
