First time posting here 
I’m designing my Halloween costume as a greek god but I’m having some issues finding a pattern and creating it.
The idea is replicating the pleated tunic/chiton from the photo but I can’t get a grip of it. Whenever I put it on, the hem of around the torso deforms the fabric and creates bags making it look shaggy.
Does any one has an idea of how to cut or fold the fabric to achieve the result I want? A pattern would also be nice!
