One of my three Florent caps, I have this woolen one for colder days (lined with the linen from the summer cap), a light linen one for summer and an oilskin one for rain.

Beautiful! Also looks comfy. How is the linen lining working out? Before I started sewing (very recently) I bought a fancy & expensive wool cap, but always got sweaty when wearing it. Then I noticed the satin lining was made out of polyester! What a terrible design that was. So I’m thinking of ripping out the lining & replacing it with silk or linen or cotton.
Also, could we see your other caps?
Thank you! The linen lining feels good, and it is easy to care for and unobtrusive. You can see a little bit of the rainy weather Florent in oilskin here. Unfortunately, I don’t have any more or better photos of the other Florents yet.
