I created my account, entered my measurement set, saved it, browsed some patterns, went away and came back a few hours later, went to look at the measurements I entered and accidentally deleted the whole measurement set. I saw another user posted about doing this and they were able to get the info restored. Help please??
I also saw in the other post that someone tagged @joost to help, so am doing the same.
Sorry @illismum but I can’t help you with that. If it’s an older set, we can sometimes fish it out of a database backup. But in this case, that’s not possible.

I don’t know what happened to my measurements. Can anyone help. One day they were there and the next time they were gone.

My measurement set has disappeared . Is there any way it can be recovered?
first try to login again, i often come back to Freeseing, my name is on the sight as if I am logged in, but when I try to create a pattern there are no measurement sets.
Then I need to do a login and after, voila I can use them again. I hope it is just something simple to solve

Yeah, logging out and back in will probably help, assuming the measurement set hasn’t been deleted or something. There were some temporary issues because of a recent back-end migration.
