Hi guys is someone able to help me with a pattern for tights with several layers of tassles on them like in the picture. this is my personal design
You could use any of FreeSewing’s leggings patterns (`lily`, `lumira` or `lumina`). For the tassels, I think you can get something like ribbon that has the tassels attached to it, so you would simply attach a strip of that at various heights.
